The Star Systems Dance Competition scheduled for March 13-15, 2020, has been cancelled. We hope the event will be rescheduled later in the year.
Congratulations to Mrs. Amanda Sappie and her 8th-grade team of energy auditors. They recently earned 1st place and $1,000 in the Duquesne Light Company’s Community Education Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP). The students conducted an energy audit of the high school and developed a proposal to reduce electrical energy consumption by 33%.
The Cornell School Board approved the 2020-2021 school calendar last week. Attached you will find 2020-2021 calendar along with a document listing key dates.

There is a student early dismissal scheduled for Friday, February 14. Cornell High School students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm, and Cornell Elementary students will be dismissed at 1:10 pm. Lunch will be served.
