The Cornell School District is interested in receiving proposals for the operation and management of our Food Service Department (cafeterias) including the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Summer Food Service Program, and Child and Adult Care Food Program.

By order of the Federal and State Program Guidelines, the District is notifying all interested bidders to submit three copies (one paper copy and two electronic copies) of their proposal no later than 2:00 PM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2024, at which time all bids will be opened during a Public Meeting.  All proposals should be submitted to the following person:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting (facility walk-through) will be held for all interested bidders/vendors at the Cornell School District located at 1099 Maple Street; Coraopolis, PA 15108 on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM.  Please report to the Central Office (Entrance 1).  If you have questions regarding the proposal, please submit them in writing to Patrick Berdine no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
